What to include
So I can quote quickly
- What you need — a supplier pre-payment memo, acquisition due diligence, or something else.
- The Chinese company's name, if you can share it (a Unified Social Credit Code helps).
- The transaction and your timing.
- Whether this is direct, or white-label under your firm's brand.
How engagement works. A formal engagement is subject to a conflict check and a signed written agreement, and is billed through the firm. Sending an enquiry does not by itself create an attorney–client relationship.
